- Payment Confirmation: A valid credit card or advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.
- Identification: Guests must provide a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID card) at the time of check-in for verification purposes.
- Check-in & Check-out Times:
- Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Flexible Timing: Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance to arrange.
- Special Requests: Room preferences (view, floor level, bed type) and additional services (extra beds, cribs, airport transfers) are subject to availability and may involve extra charges. We recommend submitting requests at the time of booking.
- Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
- Group Bookings: Reservations for 5 or more rooms may be subject to different terms and conditions. Please contact our reservations team directly.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation terms vary based on the booking type:
Standard Bookings
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled check-in date are free of charge, and you will receive a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay plus applicable taxes.
- Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged the full first night’s accommodation cost.
Non-Refundable Bookings
- Full payment is charged at the time of booking.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations, modifications, or no-shows.
- These bookings typically offer a lower rate in exchange for the commitment.
No-Show Policy
- Guests who fail to arrive without prior cancellation will be considered a “no-show.”
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount for the entire reserved stay.
- The reservation will be automatically cancelled, and the room will be released.
Modifications
- Modifications to existing reservations (dates, room type, number of guests) are subject to availability.
- Changes may result in rate differences or additional charges based on current availability.
- We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to modify your booking.
Force Majeure
- In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies), we will work with guests on a case-by-case basis to find suitable solutions.
Refund Policy
We strive to process refunds promptly and transparently:
- Processing Time: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Bank Processing: Please note that the time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically an additional 3-5 business days).
- Currency: Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
